Exchange policy

Hello! I would like to share my experience that the colour i ordered was different online and in actual.. when i put the lense in my eyes it is continuously irritating me and the colour is also different. I called rhe concerned person (number given in your page)however his attitude was very rude, i told him whole thing and requested him to change the pair , but he was negating all at once. I am from military and my friend recommended me just because of the good products.. however i am deeply saddened and disappointed due to the behavior of your staff.. Plus i am not asking to refund me , i want to request for the change and that's quite a reasonable request.. I hope i will hear from you. Thanking in anticipation.. Regards
